Felt like a millionaire.
Good location and very clean. Breakfast was excellent especially the scrambled eggs.

We arrived at the boat greeted by staff not in a customer service way I am used to or experienced. This was a trip for my daughter who was 21. The rooms were ok, the beds were so uncomfortable. I have Parkinson's disease and after the first night I ached that much I was not sure that I would be able to get out of bed. So no sleep for all of my family as they all said the same. So disappointed as this was not a cheap stay .
There were no interactions from the staff to us.

This is a hotel on a sailboat. Most of the waiters are black. There is no parking lot. You can park your car at the nearby Novotel Hotel. The parking fee is about 25 pounds a day. The parking lot is locked and relatively safe. There is also a Crown Store nearby. During the holidays, the environment is okay, but in the North District, the urban area a few kilometers away is a mixed place. It's scary to enter by mistake. However, the area near the hotel is still OK. If you don't have a car, the hotel transportation is not convenient, so you should consider it carefully.

I travel with my friend for two days and this hotel is general good for its price and room size, actually, I mean, better than the other one we stayed in the second daylight. And quite good for the breakfast, that is fantastic.

We really like this place. The atmosphere is good. Changing the atmosphere from sleeping in a normal hotel to sleeping in a boat is great. Convenient for traveling to many tourist attractions. Close to the train station, close to IFS Cloud Royal Douks Cable car terminal. We sat across. At The O2 mall, very convenient.

The hotel is a bit tired, needing renovation/updating. However for the price that I paid it was fantastic value, and I would visit again.
