I paid for 2 nights but could not use the service. For some strange reason the wrong date was booked and I could not stay in the hotel. I did not get any refund - 0! The hotel took all my money and left the room empty. This is a bad service! They lost my trust – never again.

El hotel es súper funcional, a pasos de la estación de metro Old Street cuenta con una excelente ubicación. La habitación que ocupamos era moderna,limpia, silenciosa, pequeña (bastante) y sin ventana pero para estadías cortas es suficiente. Los espacios comunes son muy bonitos y el servicio es bueno. No tuvieron problema en guardar nuestras maletas después del horario de check out. En resumen, excelente relación precio/servicio/ubicación.

I didn’t have that high of expectations when I booked this hotel it was a good rate for Central London and I knew the room would be quite small, but I was really delighted when I walked in. There was a really big reception area and a really nice bar. I was met by extremely friendly reception staff. The front of house staff couldn’t do enough to make sure I felt welcome. Felipe in particular went above and beyond. Because I booked directly with the hotel I was offered complementary wine and cheese in the evening before we headed out. This was not just your bog standard complementary wine and cheese. It was a full on spread and very very nice wine indeed! Big thank you to the staff and thanks for surpassing my expectations!

Spent 6 days in London for business and based myself at the Z. The vibe is that of a boutique hotel from free cheese and wine to branded umbrellas for the London weather. My room was bright , clean and modern with tea/coffee making facilities and full range of toiletries. The room was small but well laid out. However the main reason I will recommend this hotel and why I will return is the staff - every single member I had dealings with was friendly, efficient and welcoming.
