Everything was great. Except for the bathroom where we noticed a few loose ends. Like one of the wood floor panels (bathroom entrance) was coming off so it was easy to trip over. Or the shower area must have had a leak somewhere, cause after a shower the floor was quite wet leaving a trail across the bathroom. But the cleaners supplied us with fresh floor mats everyday so that’s not too bad. Over all we are very happy with the hotel.

Very warm welcoming and convenient in every aspect. It’s a good choice to stay in London. The beds incredible comfortable.

Wonderful experience,
Rooms are clean and spacious. Good attention to details. It was a nice touch to find a card and chocolate in our room. The kids loved it.
Beds are comfortable we all slept well.
Breakfast was so yummy. I would recommend it to friends and family.
We would stay again.

There is no mineral water or hot water kettle in the room, which needs improvement. The breakfast variety is a bit limited. The front desk service attitude is good. The hotel's location is very close to subway stations, shopping malls and train stations.
