There was no clear instruction that no one will be in the office after 6 PM. I arrived around 6:15 PM and no one is there. I call the 5 phone numbers on the office door and no one is picking up. After help from a resident and neighbor. I finally got a hold of one of the officers and finally got in. Other than this, the room is great and clean.

Didn’t even stay one night. There is no AC in the rooms. During other seasons this might have been okay, but it was too hot in the room. Had to immediately leave and find another hotel. Also the neighborhood seems a little sketchy.

Excellent option for travelers who want to spend less and as a family or group. Everything clean and well organized. It is a flat with a mini kitchen and heating. I highly recommend it. There are comfortable buses at the door. Subway very close. Prefer the bus. Pay for a ticket and go to your destination safely and comfortably. Excellent service from employee Ina. It also has a common kitchen with a stove and hood. Neighbor to a supermarket that opens 24 hours a day.

Great value for money.
Local shops approx 10metre away which is great as you have your own kitchen, cooker, microwave etc with utensils, pans.
Theres also a kebab place next to the shop too!
Room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. Smaller than a double but still big enough for me and the mrs.
Only downside, we was on the top floor where there was no lift and shower took a while to warm but apart from that great accomdation.
Area was ok, but as we are not from london we didnt feel truly safe and didnt venture out at night, in the daytime it was like being back at home.
Would stay again and recommend.

Clean, good shower even tea, coffee and a microwave. A short walk from Canada Water tube station, very convenient for the O2. Good price too.

We stayed at Amethyst for 3 nights and really enjoyed the days! We were given a very familiar welcome by our host Christos. The rooms are very nice and simply furnished. There is a private whirlpool on the terrace and the rooms were cleaned daily and everything was generally very clean and hygienic. Christos is a very cheerful guy and personally (with his assistant Christos :)) makes sure that all of his guests are happy and that they don't lack for anything. The location is good but you need a car/scooter/quad, which can be ordered directly and easily from the hotel. We will definitely come back!

My daughter and I had an apartment each as was in London for her birthday, and was very impressed with the rooms although my daughters top floor room was hot as no air con, but fans in rooms and yours own little kitchen with fridge etc,rooms were clean but some dust around when you look so cleaners could take a bit more time I suppose , bed was very comfy and a good base for London and train station about 10 minute walk away , good check in service over the phone with a code to get into the place and then a key box with you’re card keys in and good Wi-Fi too, some rooms are quieter than others as a busy noisy road outside some rooms, but not a bad place 7/10
