No refund available for surprise booking I made without asking my carer. I have adhd, dyslexia and many other mental health issues and wanted to surprise them. I was not able to get a results m refund so I have lost money. This is very distressing for me as I didn't see anywhere that this was the case. My carer phoned up today and was told there was nothing to be done. No care or understanding

There was no clear instruction that no one will be in the office after 6 PM. I arrived around 6:15 PM and no one is there. I call the 5 phone numbers on the office door and no one is picking up. After help from a resident and neighbor. I finally got a hold of one of the officers and finally got in. Other than this, the room is great and clean.

Didn’t even stay one night. There is no AC in the rooms. During other seasons this might have been okay, but it was too hot in the room. Had to immediately leave and find another hotel. Also the neighborhood seems a little sketchy.

Excelente opção para viajantes que querem gastar menos e em família ou grupo. Tudo limpo e bem organizado. É um flat com mini cozinha e calefação. Recomendo bastante. Tem ônibus confortável na porta. Metrô muito perto. Prefira o ônibus. Paga uma passagem e vai ao seu destino com segurança e conforto. Excelente atendimento da funcionária Ina. Tem uma cozinha comum também com fogão e coifa. Vizinho a um supermercado que funciona 24h.

Great value for money.
Local shops approx 10metre away which is great as you have your own kitchen, cooker, microwave etc with utensils, pans.
Theres also a kebab place next to the shop too!
Room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. Smaller than a double but still big enough for me and the mrs.
Only downside, we was on the top floor where there was no lift and shower took a while to warm but apart from that great accomdation.
Area was ok, but as we are not from london we didnt feel truly safe and didnt venture out at night, in the daytime it was like being back at home.
Would stay again and recommend.

Clean, good shower even tea, coffee and a microwave. A short walk from Canada Water tube station, very convenient for the O2. Good price too.

Wir waren 3 Nächte im Amethyst und haben diese Tage sehr genossen! Wir wurden vom Gastgeber Christos sehr familiär empfangen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und schlicht eingerichtet. Auf der Terrasse hat es einen eigenen Whirpool und die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und alles war allgemein sehr sauber und hygienisch. Christos ist ein sehr aufgestellter Typ und kümmert sich persönlich (mit seinem Assistenten Christos :)) das es all seinen Gästen gut geht und an nichts fehlt. Die Lage ist gut doch man braucht ein Auto/Roller/Quad, welche direkt und unkompliziert ins Hotel bestellt werden können. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!
