Situated in a quiet and convenient area, the hotel is civilised, comfortable and clean; the room decor is a little tired. The bar is calm but a quite pricey - there was an £8+ service charge applied for two drinks (presumably it paid for the olives and nuts). We would stay there again.

Very comfortable hotel all together, well located in a lovely area a few minutes’ walk from shops & restaurants and close to bus stops and Tube stations, small but comfortable and well equipped room, very kind and helpful staff, excellent breakfast in the charming dining room.

Lovely building in Marylebone close to some of London’s nicest shopping streets with independent shops. Friendly reception. The room was clean and bright with large comfy bed. Reasonable sized clean bathroom with good shower. Previous reviews had said how good the breakfast was but we found it average. The hot dishes arrived only warm and coffee wasn’t refilled once drunk.

Wonderful location lots of restaurants shopping and short walk to the Baker Street and Bond St tube station and bus line…wonderful staff very hospitable and attentive.. room was very comfortable (tv reception not good from US)

Expensive hotel for what you get, the rooms are small, they’re ok but for around £350 nothing special at all. They also add on an accommodation service charge, check this when you check out. I had Eggs Benedict for breakfast that I needed to pay extra for (£15) it was one of the worst I’ve had. The ham tasted like cheap packet, the eggs were not right and the hollandaise sauce tasted awful.

Admittedly we stayed in a junior suite so cannot comment on all the rooms but there was nothing to complain about. This boutique hotel was fabulous . Our room with separate bath and shower was lovely with everything one would expect to find . The staff are absolutely charming and though few in number always ready to help with anything from housekeeping to restaurant recommendations to booking taxis and always with a smile and extremely efficient . The area is quiet but in a perfect position to explore london. We would definitely consider staying here again and can highly recommend a visit
