From check-in to check-out, every need was taken care of. The staff is top-notch and so friendly. They even supplied us some washing up liquid so my partner could try and take care of a stain on their clothing from dinner. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. The common areas are lovely spaces to relax and have a drink.

Magnificent experience! The location is great and the view is to die for! The sequel is really great!! The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast served in the room to order was delicious.

I was charged an unexpected £50 deposit when I arrived at the hotel for my one-night stay. Once I checked out, I was told it would take 48 hours for me to be credited back with the balance of the deposit minus the cost of my breakfast. Staff are very pleasant about this, but I wish I'd known at the time of booking.

Lovely decor! Price is a bit too high for the size of the room and the bathroom sink could be bit more modern along with proper ventilation and bigger sized TV but overall it was comfortable.
Great cleaning from the housekeepers!!! They deserve a pay raise! Kudos to all of them!!

歴史を感じる、とても美しいホテルです。清潔で、快適で、私にとって全てが完璧でした。スタッフは皆大変親切で、常に笑顔でした。チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってくれたり、空港出発前に着替える場所を提供してくれたりしたので、大変助かりました。
また、Bageeraという可愛くてフレンドリーな猫がいます！撫でさせれくれるし、お腹も見せてくれて、猫好きにはたまらなかったです！
ヒースロー空港、ルートン空港、ガトウィック空港から1本で最寄りまで行けるので便利です。
次回ロンドンに行く際も泊まりたいと思います。
