From check-in to check-out, every need was taken care of. The staff is top-notch and so friendly. They even supplied us some washing up liquid so my partner could try and take care of a stain on their clothing from dinner. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. The common areas are lovely spaces to relax and have a drink.

Magnificent experience! The location is great and the view is to die for! The sequel is really great!! The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast served in the room to order was delicious.

Beautiful atmospheric hotel. Exactly as I hoped it would be. Very comfortable bed with quality bed linen. Wonderful roll top bath. I like to sleep with a window open and was able to, as the area is pedestrianised so lovely and quiet. The situation is great for St Pancras and visiting London. Staff were all delightful. Will definitely visit again and thoroughly recommend.

Everything was perfect - from a VERY early check in (10am!), upgraded room, phenomenal service - with a very special shout out to Gary - and a great living space with a nod to Georgian glamour. Would highly recommend ordering the in-room cocktail tray.

Like a journey to the 18th century. A cozy and harmoniously furnished hotel with great attention to detail and very good service. The library, the drawing room and the conservatory invite you to linger with a cup of tea or a gin & tonic.
The rooms are clean and simple but also furnished in the style of the period.
