Hotel well located in the exclusive neighborhood of Pimlico, next to the most touristic areas. But the hotel leaves a lot to be desired in terms of comfort, the rooms are small and with horrible carpeting, so the room is just right for sleeping. I have missed a place to have breakfast or some common areas to sit **** and sit ****.

Awful place to stay, wouldn’t even was to rate it a 1. Once give the key me and my partner entered the room which was not suitable for a customer to enter there was mould and damp all down the wall. We went to the desk to complain as I have health conditions and found staying in a mouldy room would increase these. The man at the desk phoned his manager who stayed that in order to move room they expected me to pay extra which I refused at this room is unacceptable to be on sale. Once moved into a new room, there was still damp and mould on the walls in the room. This is unacceptable to be selling to customers. This has increased my health conditions and I’m not happy that I have paid £76 and speaking with someone that believes it’s acceptable to stay in a room like this, I am very disappointed with my stay

There is no lift, we had 5 luggages and we travelled from Overseas and had to carry the luggages to 3rd floor. We have an elderly with us (80yr old). There is no microwave and refrigerator. If its indicates no lift elevator, No microwave and refrigerator then i will 100% will not book

Booked for a night after flying into Gatwick. Train to Victoria then 10 min walk from there. Plenty of choice to eat and drink within 2 to 3 mins walk from the hotel. Room a little tired but nice and clean. Great modern bathroom and powerful shower.Would stay again if flying Gatwick

Per un soggiorno di solo una notte si riesce a chiudere un occhio. Veramente difficile non sentire i rumori delle altre camere o dei passi nel corridoio/scale. Spirito di sopravvivenza necessario

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in or even seen on the TV. A triple room the size of a single with a double and a single bed crammed into a space so small that 2 people could not dress at the same time, without collision. No storage spaces, so everything had to be dumped on the dirty floor. No bedside light , just one ceiling ***** light working from the dangerous wobbly switch by the door, the other lights in the ceiling were missing tubes. The mattresses were straight outta the 80s and the sinking feeling that you got when laying down translated into falling out of bed if the person on the other side moved at all . One flat pillow each is all you get but that will be the least of your worries whilst clinging on for dear life to the stained mattress that wants to eject its occupant onto the floor. The noise from the rooms all around you , top, bottom, and sides was so loud, paper thin walls transmitting every movement from the heavy footed elephants in the room above. However, the room is so hot that the window has to be open all night with sounds of heavy rain and pigeons keeping you awake. The curtains that neither fit the window or even open to reveal the detritus below, leave a level of privacy from the windows opposite, which is woefully inadequate. The bathroom with so little space to dry yourself , if you had dared to brave the mould in there means that the only place to put anything is on the toilet. DO NOT look in the sink or shower drains , the owners never have, and it will haunt your nightmares. The bathroom vent fan does not work so the walls are covered in wet mould. There ISNT a level of cleanliness, everywhere is dirty, and down the sides of the beds is where the cleaner never dares to visit, and a previous guests used sock still resides. Pat test was last carried out 4 years ago so well overdue like the cleaning and decorating. The published photos do not represent reality in any way. This is a grim hostel rather than a budget hotel, and the only good thing about it was leaving....alive

I wouldn’t even rate it a 0. What an absolutely diabolical hotel. To start with, we phoned up before coming and was told that they had a luggage room. Emphasis on ‘room’, when we arrived they said to leave bags in the corridor opposite other guests room, putting them at risk of being stolen/rummaged through Our room was number 2 on the ground floor. As soon as we opened the door we was greeted with a horrible sewer smell, because of this we would have liked to have opened the window. But this was the source of the smell, as it was filled with sewer water blockage. The room was very warm due to not being able to open the window. The room itself was a shambles, hasn’t seen a fresh lick of paint in my life time. The curtains and kettle was grubby. The carpet was so thin and dirty I darent take my socks off. The bathroom was just as bad, the toiletry holder in the shower was rusty. Under the sink was mouldy, and the toilet was easily blockable. The reception staff were rude and have clearly never heard of service with a smile. You would think they would appreciate guests staying at their hotel, but no. They looked you up and down and were just damn right ignorant. After staying here, I asked for a refund presenting pictures of our room and the state it was in and was told they moved us to a different room on our second night. Which is untrue, as we never moved room and stayed just the one night. You will not get your money back, so please do not stay here.

The staff were super helpful, this is a basic hotel for the price paid. The ensuite room we had was adequate. With tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer towels and a warm room. We had a ground floor room which was easy access. The external window could do with a clean but the room TV plenty of tea and coffee . Walking distance 10 mins to tube station local cafes and restaurants. It met our needs and reflected what we paid. Thank You.

There was smell in the bathroom and the door got jammed every time you closed the door. Beds were very soft, so you ended up sinking into the bed. You can also hear everything from rooms around you, so bring earplugs. Just ok if you are just staying for one night, but for the price of the place you would expect something bit better.
