Estuvimos toda la familia alojados una semana y la estancia ha sido muy buena. Hotel limpio, cómodo, personal muy agradable y desayuno muy bueno. Cuenta con paradas de metro y bus muy cerca, bares y supermercados. Por poner una pega, se entiende que las calderas del agua se quedan pequeñas cuando está el hotel lleno y por la noche puede que salga el agua templada/fria. Todo un acierto para nuestro viaje navideño y sin duda repetiremos.

Nos llevamos una grata sorpresa con este hotel. Cumple mejor que bien las necesidades de un B&B. La habitación estaba muy limpia, y el baño completamente reformado. Cambian las toallas a diario. El personal es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno es tipo buffet y cuenta con pan para tostar, yogur, variedad de cereales, jamón, queso, huevos... Sin duda lo recomendaré

Convenience to the Earl’s Court underground station. Room was facing the street so a little loud at night but I had earplugs. Staff was very nice during check in and key drop for my early check out was available.

Good room for the price. Beds comfy and bed linens good quality, newly decorated and bathroom clean and modern. Breakfast fine for what we needed. I was worried as only 2 star but I shouldn’t have been, room was good.

It was a expected. Staff were able to fill my request for ground floor. Good breakfast buffet. Clean and a good bed and bath. Not fancy, but very comfortable and convenient.

場所が地下鉄アールズコート駅からでアールズコートロード沿いに5分程度で非常に近く、便利です。ホテルはB＆Bで毎食、コンチネンタルブレックファーストが準備されます。パン（白い食パン、大麦のパン、クロワッサン）、ハム、チーズ、シリアル、果物が豊富、ゆで*が出ます。ジュースはオレンジジュースとマンゴージュースが毎回準備されます。その他、ミルク、コーヒー、紅茶があります。宿泊者が多い場合は、席につけず待つことになることがあります。
施設提供サービスにランドリーが書かれていますが、ランドリーサービスはありません。コインランドリーが歩いて２０分？、クリーニング屋が駅までに道に２件あります。フロントで聞いたところあまり安くはないとのことでしたが、利用しなかったのでわかりません。
部屋は、ダブルベッドがあり、寝心地は悪くありません。広さもライティングデスク、クローゼットもありよかったです。トイレ、シャワーも問題ありませんでした。シャワーもすぐにお湯が出て、使いやすかったです。ただ、洗面台の排水が良くなく、水がたまることが多々ありました。クーラー、冷蔵庫がないのが気になりますが、夏場でなければ問題ないかとも思いました。あと、気になるのは、外の部屋からの騒音は結構聞こえます。あまり騒がしい客がいる場合は良くないかもしれません。今回は、特に問題有りませんでしたが。
機会があれば、また利用したいともいます。このサービスで価格が安いのは魅力です。

Breakfast was a bit below average ( not much warm food) with a wait for seating. Top windows in room could not be closed so the room was noisy with traffic and sirens. Tv old fashioned with loud beep when selecting channels, waking the other person in the bed.
