Probably because of the location, the room is small, and the price/performance ratio is poor. The front desk and the room are located in two places, similar to a building with different units. In short, I will not choose this hotel again in the future

First time in London and it is a very convenient place for transport to Paris which it’s my next stop. The area has pretty much everything, restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores just a block away. We took metro to Oxford street and Regent street then took the bus back. Only the room here is small I guess because it’s right in the city …… also try to grab coffee in the morning but the machine is out of order and they don’t have people fixed it….. otherwise this is a nice place to stay in.

There is no air conditioning in the room, and you need to climb narrow and steep stairs. It is not recommended to live with luggage.

I spent 2 nights here, just a 5 minute walk from King's Cross station. Reception staff helpful and efficient, I was escorted to my room , I had forgotten my mobile phone charger however I was given a charger by the reception staff . The room was comfortable and clean, great shower didn't have any problems at all. Ideal for a couple of nights, would certainly return.

The Jesmond Dene was a fantastic place to stay. We stayed in a room with three twin beds and there was enough space in the room for the three of us. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had everything we need. There were enough charging ports which is a huge deal. The staff was so accommodating and kind. The Jesmond Dene is about a 5-minute walk from Kings Cross station. Amazing Location!!

We were welcomed by lovely staff who took us to our apartment and gave us some handy hints for tourists. Really friendly.
The apartment suited us as a family of 5. Kitchen facilities meant we could have breakfast before we left. Thanks for a great stay
