My 8 stay at Cheval Phoenix. Always great experience there in terms of stocking the place with food to last you a few days and location is great. Rooms are nice and large compared to any hotel room and nice to have a fully functional kitchen and laundry facilities in the room. Too bad the place will be closed starting feb 2023 for refurbishment.

Amazing location in a fancy part of London, surrounded by high end designer shops on Sloane St. The apartment was very large and spacious with your own kitchen, living space, bathroom, additional toilet room.
The downside was an uncomfortable sleep due to the bed. After booking the room with a ‘large double bed’ I did not expect to be sleeping on two twin beds pushed together. This made for an very disturbed sleep as there were two single mattresses pushed together creating an unconventional divide through the middle of the bed. I woke up with neck and back pain.

Superb accommodation in Knightsbridge. Close to all amenities, restaurants, tube stations etc. Everything on hand. Accommodation was perfect in every way.

this was a place I used to stay whenever I came to London; haven’t been back in over two years; wasn’t sure what to expect; Service is still excellent and the property still being maintained very well.

I stayed at Cheval Phoenix House for two months as part of my relocation to the UK and I must say it has been an absolutely fantastic experience! The accommodation is great at a central location very close to Sloane Square station. A major reason behind such a great experience was the front staff with a special call out to Alex! Of all my years of staying at hotels and serviced apartments I have rarely ever met someone as hospitable and helpful as Alex. He always went out of his way to help and make this a wonderful experience for me!

I cannot skip write a positive review about Cheval phoenix house. the stay was amazing from beginning. they sent me a pre visit survey asking about my arrival time and any other information that I might request, so I asked for early check in if possible as my flight was arrived at 7 am and my expectation in best situation was to check in around 12 pm. I have arrived to hotel at 9 am and the room was ready for check in and upgraded from open floor one bed room to luxury loft!! the Kitchen was fully occupied of eggs, milk, cheese, snacks, water, juices and coffee and tea section as complimentary with very warm welcoming message. Also I want to thank Alex from the front desk with his unlimited offers of helping me. Thank you Cheval and definitely you will be my first option for my next trip to London.

Absolutely stunning hotel on a beautiful location. From the moment we stepped into the hotel to leaving the hotel - the service was absolutely brilliant. The staff were very friendly and very helpful to our requests. We loved it and cannot wait to visit again.
