Excellent friendly helpful staff Amazing place very comfortable and clean rooms with tea coffee etc and shower gel / shampoo. Smart tv e With Netflix prime Iplayer etc. 24 bar. Very enjoyble stay and quiet too even with a train line closeby.

Staff very friendly. Location is great next to the underground station. My room was in the basement. You could hear the water pipes above. Shower and sink were not draining properly.

-No one in the reception for check-in for about 15 min (and no one answered their phone)
-The worst bed I have ever slept in
-Only hot water in the shower…
-The zink was clogged up
The most annoying fire alarm-indicator blinking green in the room made a “green- light districts” feeling and impossible to get a good night sleep.
I will never ever come back to this hotel and I can only suggest everyone to keep out and NOT book this hotel - it’s a disaster.
