Abbey Court, Hyde Park Hotels

Another hotel that I have used a few times to stay in London for the night before catching a flight to the US. Easy access to the tube, souvenirs shops and the train station to go to the airport. Friendly welcoming, clean room and bathroom. I arrived early and was allowed to leave my suitcase at the back while going to run few errands and waiting for my room to be ready. Good place to stay. July 2019

Having booked back in October for a two night stay very surprised to have my booking cancelled by them wirh mo explanation at all. I have now had to pay double the rate to get somewhere else with just six weeks to go. So disappointing. Clearly do not trust your booking.

Got a message that they are canceling my June Booking! I booked MONTHS ago! So I messaged them back and told them I suspect they are just renting out my room for more money. They just responded by telling me they are “deeply sorry” to inconvenience me. Well, now that I see these reviews, I think I’m GLAD I won’t be staying there!

Absolutely disgusting that they cancelled my hotel booking without explanation and when I asked why got back “.”. Will never book here again - disgraceful way to treat people. A reasonable explanation would have been acceptable but when I suggested they were booking someone else fir ahg her rate, that was there response. Just awful!!!

SURTOUT NE RÉSERVEZ PAS CET HÔTEL. Annulation à la dernière minute de notre réservation AGODA pour cet hôtel, sans aucune information au préalable de l'hôtel et suite à contact d'AGODA qui nous a indiqué le motif que l'hôtel est complet, alors qu'on a fait notre réservation il y a 3 mois... Les prix des hôtels ayant près de doublé entre temps... Hôtelier malhonnête qui préférera prendre des réservations en direct plus rentables et mettre en danger les vacances des autres, heureusement que le professionnalisme d'AGODA a été au rendez-vous pour nous sortir de cette situation, n'attendez rien de la part de l'hôtel Abbey Court Hotel...

Really not impressed, it was very dirty, false nails on the dining room chairs, and a rug slung over the sofa which was disgustingly dirty . We later found out that the sofa turned into a sofa bed. There were no towels or bedding for the sofa bed. First impressions very very disappointed. We had booked a family room initially and then had been upgraded to a suite. Definitely would not stay here again and would not recommend at all. Do not book.
