Premier Inn London Farringdon (Smithfield)

Great location, near the new Elizabeth Line station. Under 45 mins to Heathrow!

Had an issue checking in with an external payment app (booked through workplace) but the team sorted it all out for me which I was extremely grateful for. The room is spotless, comfortable and quite big for a premier inn room! Just had a meal deal and my server, Nikkisha was very good at her job and extremely friendly. Really made a solo trip to the restaurant more comfortable for me. Food was excellent. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Very impressed. I made a request before booking, that was all taken care of. The staff were very friendly, helpful and available when needed. The room was everything I needed, and clean. The only complaint was the bread available at breakfast. Cheap sliced supermarket bread. Would have been nice to have better quality and a choice of wholemeal.

This is my 3rd stay in this hotel. It's in a perfect location, away from the hustle and bustle of central London but close enough to get to it easily. It's also fairly close to St Pancras, Kings Cross and Euston stations. Tube is within a 5 minute walk too. Staff were so friendly, helpful, polite and professional. Meals were delicious. Rooms and beds were comfy. Would definitely stay again.

The service was poor, the cleaning staff was not so friendly, and location was far from the local metro and buses. But the reception staff was helpful and polite. The dinner and breakfast area was pleasant.

This was an excellent hotel, a very short walk from the tube station, very clean, we were able to drop our bags off early and they were kept in a secure room, ready for our return to check in, there was absolutely no noise at all, it was like we were the only people staying there when we were in our room. The beds were very comfortable, nothing was too much trouble for the staff, asked for another towel and was given one, asked for another pillow and it was delivered immediately. Food in the restaurant was hot, ready supply of tea and coffee at reception. Would certainly stay here again.

Good location for the Barbican centre which is well within walking distance of the hotel and for central London which is easily accessible by tube. Seemed like a very quiet area which felt safe late at night. The hotel was very modern and the room and communal areas were very clean. Breakfast was good and the staff in the resturant very friendly. Reception staff however could do with a lesson in customer service. Took ages to be attended to with staff keep disappearing. It wasn't even busy. This was the theme throughout the stay, I really don't think they wanted to be there. Would make me think twice about returning to this particular premier inn.
