The hot water is not warm enough.
Front desk staff is quite friendly though a bit too much

The dorm beds are a bit basic as there is no curtain but it has a big TV in the lounge which has good channels and movies. Also has a big seating area in the garden - also provides free evening meal and breakfast.

the best hostel I had in the UK. They have a large chilled living room kitchen yard and outdoor gym.
Free breakfast and dinner if you booked before 4pm everyday.
Clean bathroom and toilet, they even have female separated toilets

Free breakfast, bottomless tea and coffee each day.
Different theme dinner each night.
Walking distance to Tube station and variety of stores along the way. Just 2 stations away from Natural History Museum.

Reception staff was good, breakfast limited u will not get eggs some times just a limited first come first get , room was smelling so stinky they dont clean room daily it was dirty under the bed . Washroom toilet too sometimes found very dirty.

Stayed for one night. Facilities are good except that each bed does not have designated power point. Location is perfecf, easy to find and price is relatively good for what you get.

Mostly good. I liked the atmosphere but probably better for younger travellers less so families and people looking for a quiet place. Some of the rooms/shower cubicles are a little tight and the beds a bit old, but on the hostels can be a lot worse. Great homecooked free meals.

Homeless shelter that’s disguised as a hostel. The rooms smelled of dirty socks, beds were old steel cranky.
The place was densely stuffed with people even in the winters. Saw lot of old, mentally unstable, destitute and homeless people hanging out there. Toilets were in horrible condition.
