4 ladies from Australia . We arrived after 9 at night. Mountains of steps just too get door of building then 3 more floo of stairs. Rubbish outside and in. Carpet filthy. Apartment freezing, dirty , beds unsuitable ie I double 1 single & trundle. To get into the single you would need to trample the person on the trundle. Bathroom grungy. Apartment smelly. We had no choice but to stay overnight due to lack of transport and not knowing area however moved early next morning. We were refused refund or discussion despite supplying photoes of the atrocious property.

I had booked to stay at the apartments but unfortunately due to the recent snow had ended up in a crash and was reliant on driving down to LDN due to the recent disruptions and strikes happening on the same dates. I have a young baby at home and can't depend on the limited service to get me home without any issues and didn't want to put myself at risk of this. When contacting the apartments, there was no sympathy or remorse to the situation and was told regardless of my reasoning I would be charged full price for the cancellation. Absolutely shocking!!
