The hotel is well located. On the day of arrival the receptionist was unfriendly. I told him to give me a good room as I had had bad experiences in other places and he told me that what they excel at is cleanliness! When I went up to the room to sleep, I found a strand of hair on the bed and a red stain on the pillow. I went back down to tell the receptionist that the bed, the most important thing in the room, wasn't clean. He told me to wait until ten o'clock the next morning and tell the hotel manager. On the second day I spoke to the hotel manager and she told me that it was the laundry's fault, not hers. As a hotel guest, I expect an immediate solution to the problem, regardless of whose fault it is, and this did not happen.
