酒店房間太小了，馬桶需要側身才能坐下，坐下後膝蓋頂着洗手盆。唯一好處是距離帕丁頓車站比較近，坐火車半個小時就能到希斯羅機場。周圍貌似是南亞社區，全都是南亞穆斯林和土耳其人的餐館超市。該説不説，有一家Sussex chips （好像是叫這個名字）的炸魚薯條還不錯，還有一家KEBAB，烤肉➕饢，給的特別多。

Por una parte, la habitación era muy pequeña y pedimos dos camas individuales y nos pusieron en una doble más pequeña de lo normal.
Respecto al desayuno, muy pobre y con pocas mesas para todos los clientes que hay.
Por otra parte, el personal del hotel es amable y buena limpieza.

The only thing I didn’t like about this property is the lack of tea facilities in the bedrooms. I realise that other hotel around the area are doing the same thing… make a cuppa tea down in the foray… but I miss being able to make a cuppa when I first wake up and be able to climb back into bed with it. The same at night have a cuppa and a biscuit for one’s supper and not have to hike down stair for it.

As a solo business traveller this was a perfect stay for me - room was clean and cosy. Perfect for Paddington and transport into Central London. Stayed for two nights and would go again.

The hotel is well located. On the day of arrival the receptionist was unfriendly. I told him to give me a good room as I had had bad experiences in other places and he told me that what they excel at is cleanliness! When I went up to the room to sleep, I found a strand of hair on the bed and a red stain on the pillow. I went back down to tell the receptionist that the bed, the most important thing in the room, wasn't clean. He told me to wait until ten o'clock the next morning and tell the hotel manager. On the second day I spoke to the hotel manager and she told me that it was the laundry's fault, not hers. As a hotel guest, I expect an immediate solution to the problem, regardless of whose fault it is, and this did not happen.
