Great location and great staff! Breakfast is the same for everyday with limited choices.

早餐好，房型也不錯，地點出型也很方便，酒店後面是倫敦大學分學院，所以也有很多學生入住，沒有拖鞋洗漱用品，要記得自己帶過去哦，早餐是六點半開始

The location is really good. About 10-minute walk to the British Museum and 15-minute walk to the station.
The facility is quite old but so far so convenient because of its location

酒店地理位置不錯，離大英博物館走路七、八分鐘，附近有Eauston 和羅素廣場兩個地鐵站，就是房間內部不大，整個房間衹有兩個插孔，燒水壺還佔了一個 住這個酒店一定要帶轉換插頭和排插。

酒店大堂很大，房間很多，浴室沒有花灑衹有頂噴頭，不太方便，地段方便，步行至地鐵站幾分鐘，樓下就是巴士站，步行到大英博物館也就幾分鐘
半夜突然響警報，遇到2個晚上3次！這個太可怕了，把十幾歲的孩子都嚇哭了，是熟睡中凌晨5點多！非常大聲急促恐怖的聲音！打酒店前台電話永遠沒有人接聽，我們住了5晚

1、地理位置優越，出門對面是UCL大學圖書館，不遠是羅素廣場，大英博物館；交通也方便
2、房間比較小，尤其是衞生間小，沐浴設施簡陋，在倫敦，位置在核心區域，性價比還可以
3、酒店房間很多，入住客人也很多，因下午3點後才辦理入住，給入住或離店客人的寄存行李服務非常好，當然如果可以早點辦理入住會更好；
4、未在酒店吃早餐，周邊有很多早餐店，選擇餘地較大，比較方便；
5、酒店服務一般，服務員很機械。早上離店前 服務員提醒敲門，比較粗魯。

The room was very small, no ventilaion. If you took a shower it caused so much humidity it was very uncomfortable. The bathtub was on a platform making it difficult to get in and out. It was also very narrow and We almost fell several times. Had to constantly hold on to something for fear of slipping. brought this up at front desk and they were very unconcerned. I checked out a day early on my unrefundable reservation because of safety issue with bathroom. Gentleman ar desk brought it up to management but he said it was still nonrefundable. I told them it was fine my safety was more important than the money. Issues with attached restraurant also. No service left and went elsewhere. Person who sat us said hed be right back. He hung out at bar cleaned some table walked right past us several times didnt bother to acknowledge us at all. Will not recommend this place .horrible experience our first time in London.
