The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well presented, the bar downstairs got a bit noisy at night but it died down around midnight so wasn't an issue for us. The location is only a short walk from the west end, Leicester Square and Oxford Street, which was iddal for our trip.

The location is good for subway and bus access near Russell Square, the service is good with early check-in, and the pubs, Chinese restaurants, and cafes below are all delicious... It is recognized as an Infra Gap hotel with a Tesco and Waitrose nearby… The British Museum is just around the corner, and the park right in front is really nice, and there's a Korean restaurant alley nearby. It's the best value for money.
The room was actually on the top floor with a view of the building outside, so it wasn't stuffy, but I think it might be stuffy if it was inside or on a lower floor... Controlling the water temperature in the bathroom may be a bit difficult at first, but it's worth it once you get used to it. There were no problems with water pressure or draining, and it was clean with no bed bugs or dust. The bed was particularly soft and the blankets were warm. There were many elevators and they were fast. It was a satisfying 4-night stay.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is only a few minutes' walk from the metro and bus stations. It takes about 55 minutes to get to Heathrow Airport by metro. It is 500 meters from the station to the hotel. The hotel is clean and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. I stayed at this hotel for 6 days in London.
