房間超級小，估計10平方米都沒有，衞生還算比較乾淨，就是設施有點陳舊和簡陋。位於大英博物館附近，交通非常便利，地鐵公交就在附近。

Asked a member of staff if the hotel provides slippers, The staff were rude, original sentences were: “ we don’t have slippers, this is a hotel.”
Tone of voice were rude, as if I’m an ***** that doesn’t know they don’t provide slippers.
Staffs need to be trained on better customer services.

This hotel is a pit. I booked a double room for two nights. The room was very small and the single bed was very narrow, so I couldn't get a good rest.
The more terrible problem was that at 1 o'clock in the middle of the night, the fire alarm 🚨 of the hotel sounded and everyone had to go to the street downstairs. We stayed outside for nearly an hour. Later, I read the reviews of this hotel online and found that the problem of fire alarm still happens frequently.

環境：就在羅素廣場地鐵站旁，離大英博物館就10分鐘步行，還有隨上隨下一日遊巴士站
衞生：能夠及時打掃，毛巾床單還挺乾淨
設施：床有點窄，沒有空調在夏天是硬傷；
服務：基本有求必應，早餐很好吃，性價比高
