Very disappointed with service at this hotel great location beautiful hotel but zero service. It was our son’s wedding and the hotel knew this. We left the hotel at 11.50am to go to the ceremony and arrived back at 1.30 am to find our room exactly as we left it. I mentioned this and was told you are meant to put a card out to remind then if they forgot to do it but apparently they forgot to do this. Very upsetting to come back to 3 rooms all untouched and with no drinking water!!! There is no excuse for this!

A lovely and quirky bijou hotel with real character. Clean, crisp bedrooms - with everything you could want for an overnight stay. Peaceful location but with cafe's, bars and eateries nearby. Such history in this area - so was fascinated to find out more. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I love the feeling of being welcomed home by the zany side of the family. A family which makes you an immediate member as soon as you walk through the elegant front door. The atmosphere is engaging,quirky and instantly comfortable. The service is efficient without ever losing its soul. It's effortless fun .

Located just off of the main bustling lanes around St. John's Square, this cozy and inviting space was the ideal travel-home while visiting London. Delicious food and superb cocktails were available round the clock and were served by a gracious and knowledgeable team. The room was clean and incredibly comfortable and, honestly, included one of the best washrooms I've experienced abroad. I Look forward to a return visit with the Mrs.!!!!

Lovely little boutique hotel in a good location. Not cheap but definitely felt quite special - so worth it for a special occasion. Service was great and would recommend a cocktail or two in the bar.

Having read the reviews we were quite excited to visit this hotel, however, the experience did not live up to the hype! This was a special occasion (wife's birthday) which we did inform them, we were offered the opportunity to upgrade at a special discounted price, these prices were more expensive that what was offered at the point of booking (and still available if I was to cancel and rebook) so we didn't take the offer. The hotel was average, the air conditioning unit was very loud and sounded like a bus was idling outside the window which made getting a good night's sleep very difficult. We returned to the hotel in the evening just after 10pm and were keen to try the cocktail bar that we had read about, the receptionist told us the bar was closed and no other bar service was available (this was a Saturday night). Overall, not impressed.
