I booked Hilton breakfast at a higher price on Ctrip, but when I checked in, the front desk told me that I didn’t book breakfast!! I communicated with Ctrip’s customer service about this matter when I checked in that day, but it was not coordinated after a whole day! As a result, I didn’t have breakfast the next morning!! I had an appoin**ent with the customer to have breakfast together in the morning, but it delayed our time and we ended up having breakfast outside. Until I checked out, Ctrip’s customer service didn’t solve this problem for me. I was really speechless!! Is this the attitude of our overseas Ctrip?

Very clean, stayed for 5 days, 5 minutes away from the subway stations Blackfairs and Southwark, and half an hour walk to the Tower Bridge and London Eye.
Facilities: no toothbrush and slippers provided
Hygiene: bath towels are not changed every day
Environment: pretty good, but the sound insulation is a bit poor
Service: pretty nice
The only thing I like is the hotel's breakfast, which has a wide variety, and the bread and coffee are delicious
