The location is relatively close to the bus stop, but the room is smaller and the building is relatively old. It's fine for sleeping, but if you want to sleep comfortably, it's a matter of opinion

Nice small apar**ent however was not cleaned to a good standard. The apar**ent did have a distinct smell which was not pleasant. We had to open the windows to air it out. Also there was a foot mark on the wall and there were ants on the floor.

Close to area that I needed for work and close to Gloucester Road tube station for travel.
