Ok, let's get the downsides ( and the reason for only a 3 star review) out of the way. Our room was at the front of the hotel and the sash window had a quarter-inch gap at the bottom, which meant road noise was prevalent all night long. There weren't any 'toothbrush glasses' in the holders in the bathroom. The beds each had a light above them and could be turned on and off, but as soon as the main room light switch was turned off, those lights went off too and couldn't be turned on or off independently. There was only one tea bag and one coffee sachet each. The good side is that the room was very clean, reasonably priced (for where it is) and check-in after reception had closed was easy. If you have earplugs, this place would be ideal for a stay for a couple of night.

The only real disappoin**ent was that the hotel is advertised as having parking however upon arrival we were advised that there is no parking. This needs updating as a matter of urgency as I then had to find a car park and spend an additional £50 on parking.

Stayed for 1 night on new years eve. Greeted by friendly staff. Were able to access room early. Hadn't realised I had booked a studio apar**ent. We were impressed with the little kitchenette which had a fridge, tea coffee facilities, toaster and little hob (although we didn't do any cooking). Room spacious and clean. Could do with redecorating as wall paper peeling off the wall. For the price we paid we had a bargain and was an ideal place to rest our head after a busy day.

Lovely friendly smooth check in. In a lovely district. Super clean room, comfy bed, our room had a balcony. Great shower, bathroom had soap and shower gel provided. All totally clean. Lovely experience. Would recommend and would come again.

Easy to find unassuming lovely hotel. Clean and comfortable. Sultan on the front desk is very friendly and helpful and is a credit to the hotel. The hotel is bright and airy and the beds are comfortable. There is no bar or restaurant here but is located close to restaurants and bars. The area feels safe, the roadside was a little noisy but soon quietened down. There is also a luggage storage area and tea and coffee making facilities. The building isn’t very clearly signposted as a hotel. It is on an even flat road with a couple of steps to access the hotel. There is also a one person lift. The hotel is within easy walking distance to Hyde park etc.

Lovely, friendly guy greeted us on arrival. He happily gave us advice on getting around London. Our twin room was spacious for London. Very clean throughout and comfortable beds. The tea and coffee facilities and fridge were a bonus too. We were very happy with everything for the price we paid - it was cheaper than most hotels we've stayed in and much nicer. The location was great too - just around the corner from Baker Street station with plenty of eating establishments a short walk away.

No hot water all weekend and it was a cold weekend confirmation says bed and breakfast, they don’t even serve breakfast!! We left a teddy bear there which was very sentimental and no one answers the phone, so I’m guessing that’s lost forever !
