Even though this is only a 2 or 3 star hotel. The experience was 5 star. Thanks to the wonderful, staff, the great refurb and location. What more could I want.

Now forced to check in at kiosk which didn’t work for a group booking. Then more confusing because there’s no reception desk you have to go to the bar - not a desk by the big neon Check In sign. Guests arriving individually was also problematic for the kiosk. We want real people. It’s important for service, interaction and people’s livelihoods. Very poor show Premier Inn. Meanwhile room stuffy because windows are screwed shut so couldn’t sleep. Genius.

I felt welcomed and relaxed here. After a busy day out meeting friends and shopping I felt at home here when I returned in the evenings, the room was comfortable, the bed as great and it was so quiet which was lovely.

Very good experience at this Premier Inn. Great location and checking in and out very easy. Opted for Premier Plus and room had everything we needed for our short stay. Very high standard of cleanliness, the bathroom was exceptional (better than many 5* hotels I’ve stayed in). All things considered this hotel would be hard to surpass as a location visit. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed 5 years prior and it was fine. Stayed for the location (close to friends) more than anything else. Upon returning this time I don't like changes that have been made: 1) no longer is there a reception desk - it's handled with a video machine 2) no longer is there a phone in the room 3) no drawers in the room 4) restaurant wasn't very good. Should be fine for kids though. 5) I felt safe and secure 6) Everything was clean!

While staying at this hotel, I had my phone stolen outside the Tube Station. Sina and his colleague Shanika could not have been more helpful! True angels. They provided first aide for my scrapes and their personal phones so I could call internationally to get things sorted. Shanika wrote me a lovely note that helped calmed my nerves..She later checked in to make sure I was ok. True hospitality.

I come to Premier Inn Hampstead when I stay in London on business. The accommodation is recently refurbished with a great bar and dining area. The best thing though are the staff who are really friendly and accommodate my late arrivals from a day at the office. Thank you!
