The staff are very friendly and the environment is quiet. The location is a bit remote but acceptable. There are Tesco supermarket and Westfield nearby. Shopping is convenient. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the nearest subway station.

There is a subway station about 15 minutes on foot, so transportation is good. There is a restaurant where you can cook simple dishes, and there is an outdoor terrace connected to the restaurant, so it's not bad. Good kitchen, location near low income housing (maybe single women should avoid it), seemingly disorganized with regard to bed/room arrangements - they couldn't decide initially where I was to sleep, limited reception times so checking out and getting deposits back can be a problem. I paid to hire a locker (which was refunded) but the key which I was given could open other lockers so security-wise it was no good!
