Checked in online to supposedly simply collect my keys, pre-authorised my credit card and had to do to all again at the hotel, was offered free breakfast which was a nice touch. Got to my room to find there was no hot water, walked down & flights of stairs to advise reception (no answer when phoning from my room), and was told they knew and were fixing the issue but clearly did not feel it important to mention on check in!
