The room is small but clean. The bed mattress and pillows is comfortable.

We only stayed for one night. The location was close to the theater and the subway. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was not a pleasant experience. It was filthy and in major disrepair. The shower had so much damage that you had to watch where you stood because it felt like you may fall through the floor. The pillows and decorative ***** on the bed were so dirty that they may have never been washed.

The rooms were small but clean. Staff were helpful in providing a kettle for the room. Lots of dining options close by, and close to public transit. Lovely neighbourhood.

The location, close to Victoria station and buses, is about the only thing going for this place. Needs a good clean from the bottom outside area to the staircases. The rooms and bathrooms are too small unless you are smaller than average. Housekeeping knocks on the door around 5pm to see if you need anything - rather than a proper clean up during the day. Needs repair - carpet rising, holes in walls, broken shower screens. Mattress and pillows were so thin and uncomfortable. The place is noisy from the street and in the paper thin walls and floors in the building. The lifts go to the mid floor not the floors of the rooms so not suited to people who need the use of the lift.Front office polite enough but please offer to carry the bags to the room like everywhere else Ive stayed where there are narrow stairs.
