Fantastic customer service when I made a very random request that the hotel had every right to decline. Nafisa who is the Front Office Supervisor and Richard the Hotel Manager accepted my request and went above and beyond to accommodate it. As a frequent customer of this hotel, I am absolutely thrilled with this friendly yet professional response and will not hesitate to keep returning and recommending to others.

The facilities, food, staff and refreshments were excellent. The hotel itself was well maintained and the staff were very attentive to ensuring this. Ideal location for travel around London and the staff were excellent helping their customers. However, the room was not as quiet as hoped as I could hear the neighbours TV through the wall, I was awoken by a banging in the pipes when the neighbour showered and there was also a worrying smell coming from the air conditioning unit that prevented it being used. Despite this, I cannot fault the staff who did their very best to support my stay - great ambassadors for their hotel and brand - thank you :)

No hot water, paper cups, couldn’t open ironing board. Despite turning air con onto warm room was cold. Not a great experience.

Outstanding hotel with an excellent location. Consistently high standard throughout the years I’ve been staying here. Breakfast is amazing, all organic and fresh and various selection of food. Rooms are very cozy and clean, every day cleaning… Friendly and kind staff. Very nice hand and bath soap too! All in all, an amazing experience and good value for money.

Super hôtel! Personnel au top! Mention spéciale à Grégoire qui nous accueilli à notre arrivé. Emplacement idéal pour les visites et très bien desservi par les bus et métro à proximité immédiate. Le petit-déjeuner y est varié et savoureux. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables. Une adresse que l’on gardera pour nos prochaines visites londoniennes ! Merci encore pour tout!
