Adorable decor; very comfortable rooms; helpful staff; great location. Right next to a train station and on top of a charming pub. Breakfast is good; minibar selections are excellent. I only wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the cute and lively neighborhood of Wandsworth.

I always stay at The Alma when i'm working in SW London ...easy access in the central London .........rooms are great and clean ...........staff always friendly . I also run small events there and the guys always go the extra mile to endure the event goes well. Great British Pub

For visiting south west London next to public transport this is your ideal location,we were hosted by wonderful friendly staff all weekend, nothing was a problem. For a group of "friends on tour" we had some tasty food and there was a friendly bar with plenty of good craic.

We stay at The Alma every time we come to London to visit our daughter! The staff is so wonderful! Friendly, personable and helpful. The rooms are unique and very comfortable! There’s a well-stocked mini bar and personal little touches (such as milk in the mini fridge for your tea or coffee). It’s great having the pub below the rooms…great food and drinks!

We went to the Alma for lunch to celebrate my husband’s birthday on Sunday. The bar and restaurant had a great buzzy atmosphere and was warm and inviting. Our waitress Pam was really friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and answered any questions we had. The Thors hammer Sunday roast was absolutely amazing and we ate like kings! Overall a wonderful experience , pound for pound the best Sunday roast we’ve ever had at a pub and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

My wife had a go for leavin a one star. The hotel was proper good!!!! The fella manager should maybe buy some after shave after a ciggie…. Apart from that good stay the youngens work bloomin hard behind the bar.. maybe more staff so they look less stressed..

We experienced a warm welcome. The room was nice clean and cosy. And breakfast the next morning was excellent.
