good location very close to buckingham palace and westminster
room space is fair but overall very neat and tidy
however not all sockets in the room works and the showering gel was not refilled

位置很不錯，説離白金漢宮五分鐘是謙虛了，實際上就離幾十米，離地鐵站也挺近的，在市區內算是交通方便、環境不太嘈雜、感覺安全、周邊有超市和辦公的真實氣息的完美結合了；一個經理非常發自內心的熱情服務，其他服務員有點敷衍的客氣，但整體服務需求都響應得不錯；房間是真的小，尤其是走廊很逼仄，但大概也算一分錢一分貨了。

I did a lot of research before booking this hotel and I was not disappointed . The location is perfect, close to the Victoria tube station. Very walkable to Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, Westminster Abbey etc. The staff are so friendly and helpful especially Lawrence. He offered helpful advice on travel and grocery stores. The early check in if you join was helpful for our early arrival. The refrigerator and kitchen items were helpful to us. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel is perfectly located in central downtown area which is why I picked the location initially. My expectations were surpassed and I felt it was an exceptional stay and location, they even had a free wine hour which I’ve never seen or experienced before! I loved my stay and would come again

This Hotel was so close to Buckingham Palace. It was just a walk around the corner to attend the Garden Party. They also facilitated early room entry to enable us to have a little rest before getting changed. Nothing was any trouble. The room was of a very high standard. You've got to try it out. For the centre of London it was a very quiet area.

So pleased to have found this beautiful hotel in such a fantastic location! Easy walk to Victoria station, and Buckingham Palace is virtually a neighbour! A lovely vibrant local atmosphere too with great shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel itself was clean and very comfortable. The kitchenette in the room was a very helpful addition when staying with children (kettle, microwave, sink, cutlery and crockery, fridge and coffee pod machine) Beautiful bathroom which was very clean. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, despite the central location. Air con in the room was brilliant too. Friendly staff always greeted us with a smile. I have just booked to return after Christmas!
