good location very close to buckingham palace and wes**inster
room space is fair but overall very neat and tidy
however not all sockets in the room works and the showering gel was not refilled

The location is very good. To say it is five minutes away from Buckingham Palace is modest. In fact, it is only a few dozen meters away. It is also quite close to the subway station. It is convenient for transportation in the city. The environment is not too noisy. It feels safe. There are supermarkets and offices nearby. A perfect combination of the real a**osphere; one manager's very heartfelt and enthusiastic service, other waiters are a bit perfunctory and polite, but the overall service needs are responded to well; the room is really small, especially the corridor is very cramped, but it is still OK You get what you pay for.

This is one of our regular hotels when we go to London. It's in a good location and we can get there easily from Euston. This time we chose it for it's proximity to Victoria station and the Gatwick Express.

The hotel was very nice and very fresh. It was in an excellent location very close to Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The also added a nice touch of a glass of complementary wine and a snack between 6 and 7 pm We would highly recommend ❤️

A lovely find, and so convenient and accessible for Buckingham Palace, and the surrounding area too. Great rooms, good sizes and lots of facilities and surprising features in the rooms too. We were also supported by some exceptional staff, Lawrence being just one their amazing team!!

I've stayed in quite a few hotels in London, but since I discovered The Resident Victoria, I've found "the right one". I love the very efficient, discreet and happy staff. The room amenities offer everything I care about: very comfy bed and pillows, good shower, soft towels, Nespresso machine, small kitchen and fridge. Rooms upstairs are "Oh so quiet". Very easy to get anywhere by bus or walking through the Park to Piccadilly. M&S 2' away. Perfect.
