The location is very good, the service is very British and friendly, and the hygiene is good. The anti-theft lock on the door feels like it will be pulled off if you try hard. Because of the off-season, the price/performance ratio is OK.

We had a lovely time, gracious & professional service. Very comfortable rooms. The doorman Peter was especially friendly and helpful. Great bar for drinks. There are so many nice hotels to choose from I felt like we made a good choice on comfort and location and value.

First, the staff were amazing they welcome us with early check in! And they gave us upgraded suit with a view on the garden. The one bed room suit was wonderful, super clean the room service came twice a day to check and reorganize our room. Special thanks to Ryan and Jessica for their great hospitality and smile.

Had tea at the tea room with my daughter. Very overpriced for what you get. Bread on sandwiches was stale. Unimpressive and very disappointing. I felt like the waitress was pushy with selections. The desserts were pretty and well presented but nothing special in flavor.

We have always been I credibly impressed by the level and standard of hospitality, service, presentation and general courtesy from staff at The Bil**ore. Service from Riyad and another lady (I’m not sure of her name) in the bar was absolutely amazing as they were very outgoing and helpful when deciding which drinks are best for you! And also offered specialised drinks to our liking and explained their new upcoming signature menu!
