Couldn't sleep until 2am due to it being over the trains it was really loud and made the whole room shake

Very disappointed . We had a room with a broken window "repaired" with tape (long live vents) single glazing so no sound insulation (the street is in our room) Shared toilet and shower not cleaned from one day to the next. Average size bed with one side against a wall (not very practical) and very average comfort as well. And peeling paint in lots of places. This is clearly not my best hotel.

I checked in online, which was great. They sent all the information by text and email.
However the toilet wasn't easy to find and the radiators didn't work. There was no extra blanket and it was freezing during the night.

Parking wasnt available. Rooms dirty and dated. Bathroom was tiny. Hairs in bed. Reception lad was canny though. Would have complained but had to leave early before traffic wardens were about.

The room was grubby, bathroom wasn’t very clean and only one pillow per person. Good location. Check in was automatic but did give later check in time than advertised. Wouldn’t stay again. Bed is not comfortable and strange set up where the extractor fan is in the toilet but not the bathroom / shower.

Very dirty hotel room. There were insects dirt and hair on the floor. Bathroom was tiny. Bed was uncomfortable. It was also very noisy.
