Hub by Premier Inn London City Bank

I will definitely stay with the Hub again when I am visiting East London.

While the rooms may not be the largest, there is nothing too small overlooked by the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them, whether is booking a specific type of room clean (I only wanted the bin emptied) to taking in two parcels, and even a sit down and chat over a cuppa at 2am when I couldn't sleep.

We were pleasantly surprised by the room when we arrived from what we expected. It was a good size room and nice and clean. The bathroom was seperated with a frosted glass wall and door which didn't feel very private, but luckily didn't face the bed. Unfortunately when we were getting ready to leave we found the shower didn't work. Most of the water came out of the shower hose, and just dribbled from the shower head. There was no-one around at reception, just a tub to leave your key in, so we couldn't speak to any staff to try and sort something out. We just made do and left, but it was a very disppointing end to our stay.

The bed was so comfy and plenty of space (shared it with my daughter), staff very kind and friendly. The rooms looked very clean and just right for our stay. Where it was based was a decent enough to get to the attractions. Also was peaceful at night no noise from the street. Enjoyed our stay.

Premier inn - no confirmation# & no confirmation email... been in in the hotline ending on 8101 since forever. Booked 18 hours ago. However, my money has been transferred, just wondering if I will ever get a confirmation. So i am still trying to get through in the service hotline, however, 20 minutes later..still no success.

We had an excelent experience in the hotel.Very good location clean room and a very friendly and kind staff. Tarek and the other girls of the of the staff where very Professional kind and pleasant. We really enjoyed our staying in hub Premier in city bank hotel and hopefully we will come again here the next time! Thank you!

A great location for a work night stay over at Bank at a good price. The compact room contained everything I needed. Good level of cleanliness and staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again

A very well placed hotel, not very far from 2 tube stations, so able to walk in the rain. The room was perfect with a very big TV, the shower was very nice and clean I would definitely come back now I know this place exists

I have stayed in several hubs and sadly this one seemed the most worn out. The breakfast was good and the service was okay, but the room was full of peeling paint and the air-conditioner was in crusted in dust. Overall the room just seemed dusty and needed. A proper clean.
