read some bad experiences from the comment. But my first impression was not bad. We are earlier, about 10:00 am, and the room is not ready. We can store our luggage in the reception, really helpful. Our room was upgraded, the room was nice, we have a sitting room and an open kitchen. We enjoy sitting next to the window and enjoying our breakfast there. Overall, the people in the hotel were helpful, the room was beautiful, the location was not bad, and the hotel restaurant was not bad too!

Near the Tower Bridge, restaurants and supermarkets are very convenient around. The hotel is near the subway entrance. Our family of three spent a weekend in London. We could take an Uber to the London Eye, Chinatown and other places for just over ten pounds. It was very convenient. The waiters were very friendly and enthusiastic. They helped us book a double-decker bus for city sightseeing and gave us a discount. It only cost 20 pounds per person to buy breakfast when checking in, which is very cost-effective. The key point is that the suite is equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher, which is especially suitable for families traveling with children. Before leaving, I washed all the dirty clothes that were wet in London (and took a dryer), which is very convenient. I will come again. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures.

Me and my partner had a great time! Excellent service from the start of our stay and finish.
We arrived 1 hour early and asked the reception staff if we could leave our bags, the service was amazing, they don’t only checked us in early, but also upgraded us to the executive suit. The housekeeping staff was very friendly in the morning and the breakfast team was also superb! Every one single staff was brilliant!
