Hub by Premier Inn London West Brompton

Room was very clean, breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful. Unlimited free tea and coffee is a welcome addition. However, we were given a basement room that had no window. It does state in the T&C's this might happen however, it doesn't change how much you pay for it. VERY hot and stuffy in the basement and the TV in the room didn't work. The soundproofing is also poor with the rooms on either side - thankfully not above. We didn't complain or ask to move room as we'd been travelling on coach for 7 hours and were exhausted. I'd say better rooms for solo travellers as although the rooms are well designed in a small space, it's still not ideal for two people.

friendliness and kindness of the hotel staff made me very happy and I appreciated their professionalism. Beautiful room with the window and very comfortable and nice reception with the bar.

Value for money hotel, the room was fairly small but sufficient for two of us. Tall people may have issues with the bed. A quick walk to West Brompton station and relatively easy to get around central London. The Prince pub opposite seemed very popular at night, and on our last night the hotel staff had to chase what I assume were patrons of the pub standing outside the hotel door. Thankfully nothing happened and the staff were safe. Thanks for a great stay!

First experience with a Premier Inn HUB, but definitely not my last. The price was right and the facilities were exactly what I needed for my trip. Yes, it's no frills, but it's actually quite up to date and plenty of room for one person. I'm not sure I would stay with a partner, even with the "Bigger Room" option. Front desk staff was accommodating when I wanted to wait for a room on an upper floor for my early check-in, which was only a small fee. Location was great, close to both the West Brompton and Earl's Court tube station, as well as buses that can get you anywhere. Appreciated the extra security of needing to use your room key to enter the hotel after hours, as well as enter the lifts and the hallways. The rooms ARE small, but not claustrophobic. I don't know how i would've felt about a room in the sub level (floor -1), but mine was lovely on floor 3.

Very well situated only 100ft from the tube and overground station of West Brompton. Nice bar, reception, restaurant area, quick easy check in, friendly helpful staff, bag store. Rooms as expected from Hub, clean, comfortable, modern with everything you need. Comfortable bed, hot powerful shower, air conditioning worked great, what more can you ask for!

Excellent stay. Staff are lovely and are very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble . Breakfast was very nice with plenty of food to choose from. Had a very pleasant stay in a very clean, professionally run hotel. Highly recommend this hub.

Can't recommend this place enough. Clean, modern rooms with everything that is needed for a great base to explore London. Reasonable priced rooms. Breakfast fantastic for £8. Staff lovely and attentive. Bar is great too, not overpriced at all. Wish there were Premier Inn hubs all over Europe. We will definitely be returning. Thank you West Brompton Premier Inn hub 😊
