This hotel is in an excellent location, with convenient transportation and several supermarkets. I have stayed here before and had a good experience, but this time I had a very bad experience. First of all, there is only a bottle of shampoo in the bathroom, and there is no other toiletries. It took several times to ask for a toothbrush before it was delivered to the room. After staying for one night, I found that there was no electricity the next morning. I went to the front desk to ask and was told that it was caused by a leaking pipe. Therefore, I had to change rooms. The hotel said it would be ready in one hour after I had finished cleaning up. As a result, I waited in the room without electricity until almost in the afternoon before I changed rooms. The conditions were even worse than before, without any apology.

Very convenient location, very close to Holburn subway station. There are many businesses and restaurants nearby. There is a supermarket across the road, and coffee or fast food restaurants can be found everywhere. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. For example, I forgot to bring slippers and toothbrushes, which I thought were not provided in foreign hotels, but after talking to the front desk, they were quickly delivered to the room. In addition, although breakfast is not included in the room rate, the hotel provides free coffee to all guests. There is a toaster and refrigerator in the room, so you can make your own breakfast.
