The hotel does not have enough facility. No Table and chair in the room. No kettle and hair dryer. Steel bed was broken, got back pain after the stay, toilet has very dirty stains, not cleaned. No free wifi. No reception and nobody there to attend, need to wait outside until you get the password. Toilet door can't lock. No space in room, One bed was placed infront of the toilet door.

Good location a 10 minute walk from Shepherds Bush station and also 10 minutes from Hammersmith station. Very good connections to central London with a clean room and excellent customer service. Just important that you call their customer service team before you check in to confirm which room you are in alongside PIN numbers for access as there is no concierge available. Trip.com have also got fantastic customer service and were able to guide me along each step once I arrived.

The hotel did not send the room password to the mailbox in advance, and found that it was impossible to enter after arriving. After contacting the staff, I found that the room I originally booked had been occupied by someone else, because they thought the other room was dirty and uninhabitable. And only that room was left that night. The staff told you to either stay away or stay in that room, there was no other choice. Very outrageous hotel with very bad attitude!

The hotel has no reception. We didn't get an entry code and had to wait outside until we could contact someone. Even more unfortunate was that our batteries were dead. Not a nice experience with three children.
The room wasn't even cleaned up. There was also no broom so we could do it ourselves. Not so ideal for a crawling child.
But the location was perfectly fine and actually decisive when booking.

I was hoping for the best finding an affordable option but starting from the very beginning, this whole experience has just been horrendous. A few of the complaints from the Google reviews have unfortunately happened to me:
- Could not check in: was not provided with the front door code nor my room
- It took an hour with 3 Customer Service agents to get access.
- Then there was no running water until I kept the faucet on for ten minutes thenthe water finally came out
-I thought the worst of my problems was over, until I left and came back in the afternoon to find the room temperature being unbearably hot
- The fan in the room does not work so I could not use that
- I left again to come back around midnight and it was still hot
- The only solution I found to somewhat remedy the heat problem is to keep the door slightly opened to promote proper airflow
- Also, the front desk representative who was supposed to help with the heat issue never showed up
I know it is quite late but this situation should not be present to anyone who stays in this room
