The room was basic, but in a great location and to have all of our four family members together. Our room was quite warm, but a fan was kindly provided when we requested it. Breakfast was nice and the woman who served us was very friendly (dark brown hair and glasses) as was the woman we met with from Wales before we departed.

Great central London hotel with friendly staff. Not a plush hotel so don’t expect 5star but perfect for family weekend in London. Very clean.

Very nice, small cozy hotel, with good location. Extremely clean, even though the room was small, functional and good organization. Maybe I was missing a kettle and a small fridge. Linen and towels changed every day. Very close to 4 tube stations, and 10-15 mins walk to Covent garden. The breakfast was excellent. Girls working in the dining were very friendly and polite.

Our family of 4 stayed in one of the basement level rooms that sleeps 5. We were overall satisfied with our hotel. The staff and breakfast were fantastic. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean and a good size. There was a communal room on the main floor we were able to use after we checked out for resting and luggage storage. The best part of this hotel was the price and location. For what we paid and where we were located it was great value. The beds were very very hard (my children joked one was a table with a bedsheet on it) and there was no temperature control so it was very hot. The pipes were loud and because it was in the basement the window opened into a wall. I would recommend it to travellers who are looking for a clean, pleasant, well-priced hotel in London. I would not recommend to travellers who are looking for a more American-style hotel. We would go back.

Hotel antiguo pero con encanto inglés,la atención del personal de 10. Recomendable Almohada un poco dura y colchón de muelles. Ubicación del hotel excelente,con paradas de metro y autobús cercanas.Tambien se puede ir andando al centro...

Hotel piccolo e accogliente, siamo stati benissimo e la posizione è molto comoda sia per il centro che per raggiungere Liverpool Street. Colazione molto soddisfacente e varia. Complimenti allo staff per la gentilezza e la disponibilità.

Hôtel au calme, idéalement situé pour visiter Londres car proche des transports bus et métro mais aussi à 15 minutes à pied des comédies musicales. Super emplacement aussi pour aller au studio d'Harry Potter car c'est à 10 minutes à pied de la gare Euston. Sinon la chambre était bien, sauf que je ne suis pas fan de la moquette partout lol La literie est bien mais si vous demandez une chambre à 4 par ex (2 lits + 1 grand) attention les lits d'une place sont assez petit pour les personnes grandes mais sinon c'est bien pour dormir quelques nuits. Suffisamment de prises USB pour tous. La salle de bain était privée et super bien. Un séche cheveux est à disposition. Le petit déjeuner servi à table est très bien. Il est à l'anglaise sinon il y a aussi des toasts, du café et jus d'orange. Il y a un salon où l'on peut consommer des boissons chaudes. On peut laisser nos bagages pour profiter de visiter léger avant le départ. Tout le personnel est vraiment super gentil. MERCI à tous
