Where to start ! Reservation made for a 2 night stay! March 9/10, 2023! On the day of our arrival, there were a lot of problems with flights and trains, which made us arrive late. The contact means that we will have costs of £45, which is already not very commercial! I have the contact via Whatapp and I tell him that we are having problems arriving but that we are arriving despite the transport problems! Once I arrive at Victoria Stations I tell him that we are waiting for the Uber to save time! At the same time I receive a notification that my reservation and cancel for (no show) incredible while the hotel is aware that we are on the road about to arrive! The manager makes us understand that we will have additional costs! Once, despite everything, we arrive, the manager makes us wait 25 minutes before he arrives! Welcome more than unpleasant not a word! He explains to us that he has canceled our reservation so we will have to pay the nights refund plus late arrival fees resulting in £163. I suspect that this practice is done to make customers pay fees (dishonest). In addition, the room is small, noisy, and not necessarily very clean. Liked · I was contacted earlier in the day to ask for my time of arrival and to call when I was 10 minutes away. The member of staff who I spoke to was extremely polite and helpful and arrived at the property promptly to show me to my room. The room itself was great value for money, it had all the facilities I needed and it felt clean and comfortable. I was only staying for one night and didn't plan to spend much time in the room so for the price, my stay was fantastic from start to finish with no complaints. It's not a 5* hotel however the price reflects that so if you're looking for a budget stay and you don't have unreasonable expectations, it's a great choice. Disliked · The photos are a poor representation of the rooms. The rooms are smaller and 'less polished' than the photos make them out to be, however they are clean and comfortable. The property was difficult to find but the member of staff I spoke to gave very clear instructions.

This place is a disaster! We stayed in London for one night, so we thought this place will be fine for us. This is not a hotel, not a hostel! Don't believe the photos! We talked with the place on phone, and asked for help. Ohh my god...they were so rude, and unhelpful. After few minutes (and this is true) the guy start yelling at me through phone, and after he said 'I have no time for this' he hang the phone on me. He didn’t have few minutes to help us to find the place! And because of this, we left in London without a place to stay. Yes, this happened. We paid forward the place, and we did't get our room, and had to find another place. You are probably thinking what I thought: The price is good, it is pretty close to city center. Photos are nice...Probably all the negative reviews are just bad guest...it will be okay for me, I will stay only one or two nights. But trust me, you will regret! If you don't believe me, read all the other reviews. There are so many angry 1.0 reviews, and this place is even worse. We wanted a refund. You have to forget about refund...nope...we did't get our room, even we paid for it, and they just kept the money. I travel a lot, but i have never had this kind of bad experience. So make yourself a favor and choose any other place to stay in London, otherwise you will regret!

Had no warm water in the shower. Hotel refused to refund. Other room was filthy. Rooms not ready when we arrived either despite we were asked to inform about arrivalnwhich we did hours before. Windows not cleaned. Carpets and curtains old and filthy. Not one singel picture the have in *********** is accurate. Taken with filters or years ago. Roof in hallway was hanging loose. Nothing here was well taken care of Beware and choose another hotel !!

The good(?): Beds were comfortable, clean and presented nicely. With extra towels and duvets. Tea, coffee, and other amenities were supplied also. Lots of hangers included in the closet. Plenty of toilet roll and cleaning supplies left in the cupboard sink (some may say that's a bad thing). The bad: Firstly, I had a missed call from the Vilenza hotel, which I ignored as, the caller ID was not Ryam Suites (to my mistake), they called again and sent me a message on *********** asking to call 20 minutes prior to arrival, I answered the phone to which she asked this same question over the phone. I said I did not know what time I would be arriving as of yet and she proceeded to give me probably one of the least customer friendly good bye and thank you I've had the displeasure of hearing so far. Second time when I called the man was much more well mannered. However it was quite confusing to find, no signs or anything. We asked the restaurant staff for directions, as it looked to be near or connected to the same building... Which is indeed correct, right next to the rubbish bins and waste from such restaurant. Had to await 10 minutes for entry as the "doorman" is not located on the same premises, he allowed me to take a picture of the door passwords. Which thinking about it, if these aren't changed regularly could be a very dangerous security risk to customers. This could of been provided via text but given there was no sign to say "this is the Ryam Suites" perhaps a meet and greet is the only option. Fridge did not work, despite it being plugged in. Plug socket was hanging off the wall, clearly a safety hazard there. Towel rack was barely hanging on by the screws and bolts it was attached to. Unable to clean up for ourselves due to the lack of a bin. Not very sanitary for women especially. Rusty soap holder in the bathroom, needs cleaning or replacing. Window has cigarette butts left on the outside window ledge, which also needs clearing up. Window itself needs to be decontaminated, it was so bad. One of our tea cups included lipstick marks.

Had no sleep due to noise in other rooms and noise from road, given the rooms have no insulation. The en-suite shower wouldn’t work to given hot or cold water. I’d never stay here again or recommend to anyone.

I have booked for Saturday night. I made the booking at 9 am throw booking. Com and when I got there there at 10 45 is no hotel or apartment only a Turkish restaurant. I have made 14 calls to the mobile number they provide and no answer. Property cancelled reservation and not welling to refund. Please do not book with this scamming I have attached a picture showing there is no hotel even on Google. It don't exist theives
