The most frustrating thing is that I bought a room with breakfast included, but there was no hot food except hot coffee for breakfast, unless you ordered it, so I had yogurt, fruit, bread and coffee for two days. Even an egg was charged extra. There was no bottled water in the room. The good thing is that the lobby bar is good.

It was unexpectedly good. The room size was okay, the decoration and product selection were exquisite, and the hotel service was also very good. There were complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar. Because there was no breakfast, a few pieces of bread and snacks were given.

I tripped three times in one night. After the trip, the room phone could not be reached to the front desk. I went down to the lobby on the first floor to find someone but no one was on duty. Finally, I found a phone on Ctrip after a lot of trouble before I contacted someone to solve it. I suspected that I was given a bad room. The washbasin drained very slowly. Most of the water in the washbasin was hot water.

Excellent location and love the hotel ambiences. Small disappoin**ent about the service, there are no sanitary (toothbrush) kit and slipper in the room and hotel does not supply at all even asking for it. And room space on the small side but nice layout so make it easy to use.
