This is a block of serviced apartments, not a hotel. Friendly helpful staff, minimalist art-deco furnishings, clean and well equipped kitchen, decent size, very functional. #214 is a 1-bedroom corner unit overlooking the street. Quite noisy on weekdays, especially with motor scooters, but quiet by night. Fast free wi-fi. I imagine the rooms would be stuffy in summer, but the main and top window panes do open. Good location for an 8-minute walk to trains from Sloane Square and South Kensington, and buses on Kings Road. Bus #19 was our preferred transport if you don't want the crush of the train.

If you require parking this is not the venue to stay at, even though they mention that parking is available on site, it is run by a separate company. We were forced to pay £70 per day.

Das 1. Apartment war leider schon etwas abgewohnt und das WLAN funktionierte nicht. Wir haben dann ein Upgrate für ein größeres und renoviertes Apartment bekommen. Personal sehr freundlich. Lage sehr gut (2 U Bahnstationen in 10min. Fussweg erreichbar).

I stayed in this fantastic property. A small apar**ent where it offered all the services and comforts. Clean. In a residential area, close to the market, pharmacy and many other shops. Area close to central London. Well connected by both bus and metro. I hope to return as soon as possible.

Great location, clean and spacious rooms. We were able to leave our luggage at reception before check-in and after check-out (very practical to avoid clutter). We had a studio on the 3rd floor, bright, clean, well appointed, small, well-equipped kitchenette, rather comfortable bedding. The hotel is very well located, close to the center, bus stop right in front of the hotel. A supermarket and a Starbucks immediately opposite. We will come back with pleasure for our next stay in London.

Sleep quality poor owing to the noise outside (bins and deliveries throughout the day). Pleasant stay otherwise, the porters were very helpful. We felt secure at night too owing to the rigorous security patrol and checks by Gregory. Great location for museums and beautiful surroundings in a stunning "village" in London.

The building and staff were excellent . However the studio we had had not been properly cleaned . It kept having electrical faults .
Also it should be made clear on the advertising it is a couch that converts into bed with a not comfortable mattress.
It is a lovely area to stay in however

15 minutes walk to Harrods. Buckingham Palace is about 30 minutes walk away. 8 minutes to the nearest station. Stayed for about 2 weeks. When I first entered the room, it seemed like it had not been cleaned properly. Maybe it was because the room had been vacant for a long time? There were small bugs and it was uncomfortable. As the days went by, the number of bugs decreased. The room had a kitchen (with dishes, pots, microwave, etc.), an iron, and a washing machine. The band shower was broken and could not be used, so only the fixed shower could be used. There was plenty of storage space for small items. There was a supermarket, pharmacy, and Starbucks right in front of the room.
