Ho alloggiato in questa fantastica struttura. Un appartamentino dove offriva tutti i servizi e comodita'. Pulito. In una zona residenziale, vicino a market, farmacia e tanti altri negozi. Zona vicina al centro di Londra. Ben collegata sia con bus che con metro. Spero di ritornarci quanto prima.

Très bien situé, chambres propres et spacieuses. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages à la réception avant le check in et après le check out ( bien pratique pour ne pas s’encombrer). Nous avions un studio au 3e étage, lumineux, propre, bien agencé, petite kitchenette bien équipée , litière plutôt confortable. L’hôtel est très bien situé, proche du centre, arrêt de bus juste devant l’hôtel. Un supermarché et un Starbucks immédiatement en face. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour notre prochain séjour londonien.

Sleep quality poor owing to the noise outside (bins and deliveries throughout the day). Pleasant stay otherwise, the porters were very helpful. We felt secure at night too owing to the rigorous security patrol and checks by Gregory. Great location for museums and beautiful surroundings in a stunning "village" in London.

The building and staff were excellent . However the studio we had had not been properly cleaned . It kept having electrical faults .
Also it should be made clear on the advertising it is a couch that converts into bed with a not comfortable mattress.
It is a lovely area to stay in however

Harrodsまで徒歩15分。バッキンガム宮殿も徒歩30分位で行かれます。 最寄りの駅までは８分。 ２週間ほど滞在。最初に部屋に入った時に掃除がきちんとされていないように感じました。 空き部屋が長かったのか？小さな虫もいて居心地が悪かったです。日が経つにつれて虫は減っていきましたが。 部屋にはキッチン(食器や鍋、電子レンジ等あり)とアイロン、洗濯機有り。 バンドシャワーが壊れていて使えず、固定シャワーのみ使用可能でした。 小物を入れる収納は多かったです。 目の前にスーパー、薬局、スターバックスがありました。

Horrible! La SEULE qualité de cet hôtel est sa localisation. La chambre était très sale avec de la moisissure au fenêtres et dans la salle de bain .Le lit était très dur et nous sentions les ressorts à travers le matelas . Le meuble de la salle de bain était cassé, les murs écaillés de peinture et les chaises étaient tachées de saleté . La fenêtre était également cassé avec plein de toile d’araignée! A fuir !!!

The check out date was wrong. It took for ever to correct. The room was far too small and had no facilities, as expected. The air conditioning was not working and was never fixed. A simple electric fan was provided. Totally unacceptable. In 7 days never cleaned the room, collect garbage nor change towels. The room was in a basement, with a tiny window facing the street. The description of the room did not match what I had expected. The only positive thing is the location. I did not enjoy my stay at all. Office personnel were not attentive and could not care less about my concerns.
