Stayed here multiple times, I love the area but, unfortunately the hotel is tired and needs tidying. Room didn’t have USB points and the shower is gutless, shame about the outside noise from traffic.

We come to visit London for Easter and stayed in this hotel, room very clean, breakfast tasty and staff amazing. The lady in reception who helped us was very friendly and polite, Cristina is her name. She was super helpful, she advised us what to visit and how to get there using public transport. We really recommend this hotel.

Good location for us visiting family as they had no room for us. Being able to leave cases after checking out for the day is fantastic. Very good size room and booking in was efficient. Maintenance need to inspect rooms as ours had damage to walls and window ledges that needed to be repaired and touched up. This made it look scruffy unfortunately.

The hotel had apparently been closed for several months for a refurbishment. However, the room, which was a executive with a balcony, was tired and dark. The carpet was dingy and stained. Red nail polish had been split on it too. The shower room was good, clean and with new fittings. The lighting in the shower room was terrible! Couldn’t see to shave or to apply make up - it was just too dimly lit. The bed was very large and comfortable with good quality bedding and linen. No bath robes or bottled water - this was clearly stated on the website that they would be provided! Breakfast: no restaurant in the hotel! Again, clearly stated on the website that they had one. Breakfast was provided by a cafe two doors away. Very basic food provided - no cereals, no fruit, no fruit juice, no pastries. Full English provided. All the above is what one would expect for breakfast when staying in an hotel One cup of tea or coffee. Second cup of coffee had to be paid for. The cost of breakfast was £11 each which was included in the price of our room. The cafe advertised full English for £8.95! The hotel reception staff were lovely, polite and helpful. However, I would not stay there again

I stayed at the Premier Inn in April 2018 for 4 or 5 nights and it was excellent. Best described as momentary bliss. The view over the river was outstanding. The breakfast was outstanding and was the birth of my engineered Breakfast Burger (baked beans, bacon, scrambled eggs and 2 pieces of toast). The central location is great and convenient. The rooms were adequate and what you would expect for the price. The travel to the airport is not long at all. The only thing bad that I could remember was the outside of the building was a little dirty but I do suppose you can't judge a book by its cover. The staff were excellent too. I will certainly come back when I am in London next .

This was the first time that I had booked an accessible room at a Premier Inn and I was very impressed. The online booking gave a choice of bathrooms and I chose a wet room. This was well designed. The large bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious with a view of the river as a bonus. The room was very quiet. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The location of the hotel is excellent for visiting the museums of South Kensington by public transport.

Excellent hotel, in particular, helpful staff, super comfortable beds, quiet, delicious food and a very good location with the nearby metro station and bus stop opposite the hotel. The view of the Thames is stunning, and there are plenty of dining options and shops within a few minutes' walk across the bridge.
