Das Hostel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Tube-Station Edgware-Road.Das Hostel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und unsere Bettbezüge waren stark verdreckt (Schimmelflecken und andere undefinierbare Flecken), auf Nachfrage wurden diese jedoch gewechselt. Die Sanitäten Einrichtungen bräuchten ebenfalls eine Sanierung. Das Personal ist nett.

Angel and Zu very friendly reception. Dormitory bed comfortable and clean sheets and pillow case. Clean toilet. Didn't have time to use the shower as only stayed 1 night 30 December 2023. Premium price paid higher than usual as same with all hostels for New Year. Place is very small and requires some renovation.

When I arrived at the reception with my friend for one night stay, we found at the reception Zu and Angel who were really friendly and welcoming, they also helped us with the luggage and orientation with the nicest places to have food near the hostel. The room we were sleeping was also really comfortable and the people in the room were also very respectful and quiet. I would come back in the future.

Hostel very friendly and excellent for a short time stay. Zu and Angel are very friendly and helpful staff, you feel very welcome and the atmosphere is very relaxed, highly recommend 👌. Location is very convenient and safe

The pheonix has been an amazing experience staff are warm and friendly thr atmosphere feels like a homely vibe and I've had a great time staying here zu Ben and ion are fantastic staff. The area is also safe.

The vibe of the hostel is very friendly and laid back. Cosy hostel in a good spot near museumsand gardens. Mike was great, very helpful and friendly. Close to the tube. Would stay again and recommend. Thank you.

if it was not for the bubbly lady Zuhura , I doubt people would even visit :D the beds was comfortable , only wish we could have sockets near by beds to charge our gadgets. tea should be also free ;)

The expirience was good! Comfortable room and bed! Brilliant location and staff! Found the room very clean and adequate would definetely stay here again when in London! 3 min walk from the main street.

manager was very helpful!greatnlocation about 5 min fromEdgware road tube station and traditional english pub below were I would recommend to take a couple beers! the price is good and definetely wirth to stay if you are looking a nice clean place for a good price.
