We stayed in one bedroom unit which is clean , well maintained, & kitchen is well equipped. Staffs are friendly, helpful & courteous. We had a pleasant stay. It is well located. Only setback is that it’s not soundproof. Could hear people talking & walking from other units.

Let's talk about the room type. Many rooms in this old house in London are on B1, which is the basement floor. One-bedroom rooms are basically on the first floor and the basement floor. It's best to confirm with Ctrip first. If you mind, the superior and deluxe rooms are on the first floor, the superior rooms are along the street at the gate, and the deluxe rooms are at the innermost of the first floor. If there are many people in this hotel, it's very comfortable to live in two-bedroom and three-bedroom rooms on the 2nd to 4th floors upstairs. This hotel has a lot of Middle Eastern guests, probably because there are many Middle Eastern embassies next door. The geographical location is next to the Iranian flag on the same road. Anyway, this street is very quiet because it belongs to the rich area and is adjacent to Hyde Park, Kensington Park and Imperial College. The geographical location and environment are impeccable. It's still very comfortable to stay in such an apartment when staying in London! There are no extra facilities, but there are kitchens and laundry rooms, which are suitable for long-term living. It's also very convenient to clean once every two days. In short, it's highly recommended! But it's quite popular and hard to book!

Loved the apartment, it was a great location away from the tourist traps. We walked to Hyde Park daily. The hosts were great and always at the desk so I felt very safe. It is a very nice part of town. The apartment itself was well-equipped, spacious and great for a family of three. The only small negative was that our upstairs neighbors were a little loud at night sometimes.
