The owner of the hotel is very gentlemanly and enthusiastic. I am a person in my 50s with a baby alone who can't speak English and only relies on a translator. The experience is very friendly.

Worst customer service and booking experience I have ever had. After 8 years of working in the travel and hospitality industry, I still have never spoken to such rude people. All I can say is avoid and save your money.
