One of the worst places I have stayed at. To start it is not Cumberland Place its Cumberland Mews. The guy on the phone, to let them know your eta is rude. The rooms are nothing like their advert. The only thing going for it is location. You'd be well advised to avoid this place.

The picture they show has nothing to do with the rooms they rent - god knows who gives positive reviews. Maybe themselves!!! Room was dirty and shower and toilet you couldn't swing a mouse!!! Fell coming out of shower room as there is a step and on to slick flooring.
